In a day and age where road ‘network intelligence’ and ‘collective knowledge’ are playing an increasing role in enhancing good management practices, Connect has lead the way in integrating topical themes into its shared training programmes with its clients and contractors.
Connect Roads' 2008/9 HS&E Action Plan identified Water Management as one such topic. You only have to follow the national news to realise the ever increasing threat of heavy rain on the national roads network.
