Balfour Beatty Capital and its investment partners invest in Consort Healthcare to provide healthcare facilities from medium size regional hospitals to major acute facilities. Balfour Beatty Capital recently changed the name under which it bids for projects in the healthcare sector from Consort Healthcare to Balfour Beatty Healthcare.
Working in partnership with NHS Trusts, Balfour Beatty Capital provides first class hospital facilities which enable healthcare professionals to concentrate on delivering modern clinical services.
Our own internal partnerships are also integral to the success of a project. We link design, operation and maintenance effectively to minimise disruption and ensure that a positive environment for staff and patients is maintained both during the delivery and operation of the hospital building.
