Birmingham New Hospitals

This £553 million project is the first new general hospital in Birmingham for 70 years. It will comprise a new 1213 bed acute inpatient facility, a 108 bed specialist psychiatric hospital and teaching facility and separate 32 bed mental health local facility. The Royal Centre for Defence Medicine will form an integral part of the new hospital development and will include training and administrative accommodation. The contract includes the provision of non-clinical services.

Hope Hospital, Salford

The £135m project will deliver a new acute hospital and Emergency Village, which will include the emergency assessment unit and critical care facilities.

Pinderfields and Pontefract Hospitals

This £300 million scheme will deliver a new acute inpatient hospital in Wakefield on the existing Pinderfields Hospital site and a new diagnostic and treatment centre in Pontefract.

Queens Park Hospital, Blackburn

Formerly on two sites, the project involved extending the Queens Park Hospital to integrate all acute services at a single site.

Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh

Full construction of this £220 million project was completed in 2003. It was delivered on time and involved closing four existing sites and consolidating a large proportion of the facilities onto one new greenfield site. The 30 year concession includes the provision of non-clinical services.

The 30-year, £72 million project involves the design, building, financing and operation of Tameside General Hospital.

University Hospital North Durham

The new £90 million new hospital replaced the original Dryburn Hospital's old and unsuitable multiple buildings with the new purpose built University Hospital of North Durham. There is also a Trust headquarters building and residential staff accommodation on the site.
